The purpose of this web-based, SMS application is to:
a. Decrease the time it takes to confirm your customer's appointment.
b. Manage appointment cancellations towards increasing the daily customer
count.
c. Send text messages instead of making costly calls to customers' cell
phones.
Scheduled customers will receive an SMS reminder at 11:00 a.m., 2 days before
their appointment. This text message will contain your company's name, day, date
and time of your customer's pending appointment.
Customers will be asked to reply, confirming or cancelling their appointment.
They will have the option to call and reschedule since your company's office
number will also be included in the text message. You can send a text message to
any customer at any time and receive a reply on the "Replies" page.
This daily exercise will allow vacant (cancelled) appointment slots to be filled
by incoming requests for an appointment. The only information required by the
application are customers' names and cell numbers, no other information is
necessary.
There is support for both Digicel and bmobile so customers pay the lowest SMS
